Welcome to Lamhaa, a free music streaming application developed by PlusSmileA. By accessing or using Lamhaa, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Introduction
Lamhaa is a free streaming platform designed to offer users a smoother and more enjoyable music experience. We do not own, license, host, or control any content shown in the app. All music and videos are streamed directly via YouTube and Third-Party Libraries’s API.
2. Purpose
Our purpose is to act as a service layer between YouTube API, Third-Party Libraries API and the user, enhancing playback and discovery without disrupting the original rights and revenues of content creators and copyright holders.
3. Content Sourcing
The content available through the Lamhaa app is sourced directly from YouTube and Third-Party Libraries via their public API. We do not host, upload, store, or modify any of the content displayed within the app. All videos, metadata, and related materials are provided and controlled by YouTube, Third-Party Libraries and its respective content creators.
Lamhaa functions solely as an interface or player that enables users to access publicly available YouTube and Third-Party Libraries content in a simplified and categorized format. As such:
- We have no control over the availability, accuracy, or legality of the content being displayed.
- Any changes to the availability of videos or any copyright enforcement actions on YouTube and Third-Party Libraries's platform will reflect automatically in our app.
- All content rights remain with their respective owners and creators as per YouTube and Third-Party Libraries’s standard terms of use.
If you are a content owner and would prefer your content not to appear within Lamhaa, you may restrict third-party playback via YouTube and Third-Party Libraries's own settings or contact us directly. Upon verification, we will ensure that such content is no longer accessible through our app interface.
