Aastha Gill (born 24 June 1991) is an Indian singer and songwriter who debuted with the party song Dhup Chik from Fugly. She up with the dance number Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai from Khoobsurat. She is known for her singles DJ Wale Babu, Buzz and Naagin. She is a contestant on the stunt-based reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.
Early life & Family:
Aastha was born on 1 January 1993 in Punjab, India to a Punjabi family. Her Father’s Name is Jaspal Singh and mother’s name is Not Known. She did not belong to any spotlighted family background, coming from a conservative Punjabi family. She has a sister Prena Gill.
Career:
Coming from a conservative Punjabi family, her career choice was quite unheard of. Her playback singing career began with the party song Dhup Chik in Bollywood in 2014 with entertainer Raftaar and Badshah from the movie Fugly. In the same year, she got spotlight after hits Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai song from the movie Khoobsurat with Badshah. Her biggest hit song is a single titled DJ Waley Babu.
